Allocation Process

Exclusive Access: Due to the high demand and limited availability of our watches, Aventi operates on an allocation basis. This process is tailored to ensure that each piece finds its perfect match.
Deposit and Allocation: Upon successful application, a deposit secures your position in our allocation queue. This deposit is partially refundable, should you decide to forfeit the allocation before your timepiece is dispatched.
Preparation for Delivery: Once your timepiece is ready for delivery, we begin the process of preparing your watch for delivery. Your Aventi concierge will keep you informed throughout this period, ensuring you are updated on your timepiece’s journey to you.

Delivery

Insured Shipping: We partner with leading international couriers to deliver your Aventi watch securely. Every shipment is fully insured, guaranteeing peace of mind from our door to yours.
Receipt and Inspection: Upon receiving your timepiece, you have 14 days to ensure it meets your expectations. Should you wish to return it for any reason, please contact your concierge directly to arrange a DHL pickup from your preferred location.

Refund and Returns

Change of Mind: We understand that circumstances can change. If, within 14 days of receipt, you decide not to retain your Aventi watch, the piece can be returned in its original condition for a refund. The process will be facilitated directly through your concierge, ensuring convenience and discretion.
Secure Return: Aventi and DHL will arrange for the secure pickup and return of your timepiece, reflecting our commitment to your satisfaction and the care of our watches.
